Step 3-Statement of Financial Condition

Colorado Statement of Financial Condition (DR 2114) — A financial statement is required for the applicant and each owner, member, or partner. If filing as a corporation or LLC a financial statement is also required. We must know how the corporation or LLC will be funded. All financial statements must be completed on the DR 2114. No other financial statement forms will be acceptable. Please do not list your personal assets and liabilities with the corporation or LLC. The corporation or LLC must have its own assets/liabilities.

Step 4-Building & Lot
You must have a building for your Colorado dealers license. Step Number 7-Dealer Class
The State of Colorado is one of the many states that require you to set through a training class before you can obtain your Colorado dealers license. The class takes about 8 hours and you do have to take an easy Mastery eam, which your course provider will assist you with. There only one company in Colorado that is approved by the state to provide your mandatory training classes and they provide training in Denver and Montrose. At this time they are charging $275 dollars for the training class.

7.You must have space to display one or more vehicle

8. You will need to be open at least 12 hours a week

9. You must have a permanent business sign viewable from the nearest roadway

10.Mastery Examination. You must take a test and score 100%. You can download the test that you will be required to take

11. All business documents such as Articles of Incorporation, must be included in your Dealer License Application packet

12. Any franchise agreement you have must also be included
